There is a time for everything. A time to wait and a time to act. A time to rest and a time to work. A time to cry and a time to rejoice. Nevertheless, in each time and season, there remains one constant, the Lord. He never changes! No matter how many ups and downs, experiences and trials, we go through, His promises and commands remain steadfast.
He is our rock in hard times and our rock in good times. Our teacher when we are weak and our teacher when we are strong. Our provider when we have nothing and our provider when we have plenty. Our voice of reason when we stumble and our voice of reason when we are steady. It is because of His presence in our lives that we are able to conquer every season that blows our way, so long as we remain in Him!
What time or season are you in right now? Are you waiting on the Lord or acting on a calling He’s placed on your heart? Are you stuck in the mud or are you walking down the path paved in front of you? Whichever season you find yourself in, hold fast to this important promise — the Lord will never leave you nor forsake you!
