Now, THIS is how you write great Christian Fiction!! Oh, my goodness! I’m speechless after devouring this novel. For a while, reading has felt like a chore to get these reviews out, but What Happens Next was the jump start I needed to re-energize my love of storytelling!
Christina Suzann Nelson is a SPECTACULAR writer! Though the topic of grief, loss, and broken relationships was heavy, she did a beautiful job respecting each character’s pain and healing. Christina’s decision to include Heather’s perspective was GENIUS! The three points of view wove together seamlessly, creating a masterpiece I hope millions will read!

The faith element was also perfect. It wasn’t too in your face, yet it packed a punch that gave God glory and shone His light throughout the plot. I applaud the author for this, as I’ve struggled to find Christian Fiction books that genuinely give God honor and praise. We need more books like What Happens Next!!
